SECOND SEMESTER COURSES

JANUARY – MAY 2021

Courses indicated as [Online] are conducted online with sessions held synchronously (class meets at a specific time) and/or asynchronously (class members do assigned work on their own by a specific date). Those indicated as [Hybrid] will have classes conducted both online and onsite (in-person) simultaneously (you may state your preference during registration). [Onsite] classes will be held in-person at EAST with safe distancing measures in place (note our new campus location w.e.f. 1 January 2021: 118 Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427407).

Do note certain classes may require audit students to complete certain assignments to maximise their learning experience.

All courses listed are valid for the semester of 11 January-7 May 2021. Registration deadline is Wednesday, 6 January 2021.

Courses with hash sign (#) may be taken for free from tuition fees by audit students under the GLO@EAST promotion (registration fees payable).

Textbooks for the above courses are listed here. Please note that no additional copies of textbooks will be available for sale during class time besides those available with prior confirmed textbook orders.

Maximum Class Size

Depending on the course, size of facility, and safe distancing measures, each onsite course will have a class size limit. You will be informed by the Registrar Office if the course that you seek to register has reached the maximum class size.

Please note the following dates in EAST’s academic calendar:

  • Chinese New Year Break: 10-13 February 2021
  • Reading Week: 15-19 March 2021
  • Make-up Week: 26-30 April 2021
  • Exam Week: 4-7 May 2021
